Terms & Conditions — 666ed Platform

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 666ed (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 666ed online gaming services available at 666ed.cam (the "Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Website, placing any bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by 666ed, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the 666ed platform.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on the 666ed Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country of residence, whichever is greater. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Users residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where access to this Platform is unlawful are not permitted to register or use the services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 666ed does not make any representation that use of its services is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability, court order or other restriction that prevents you from entering into this Agreement.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, payment method or device used. Violations will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses held therein.

3.5 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not register an account or use the Platform on behalf of a third party, a group, a business entity or any other organisation.

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in all required fields, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must immediately notify 666ed support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 666ed will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 Verification at Registration

We may conduct verification checks at the point of registration, including checks against third-party databases for age and identity verification. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.1 Permitted Use

The 666ed Platform is made available solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with this Agreement, applicable laws and any additional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

5.2 Technical Errors

Where a game, bet or transaction is affected by a technical malfunction, software fault or connectivity failure, we reserve the right to void any bets placed and to restore account balances to their pre-error state to the extent reasonably practicable. We will not be liable for losses arising from technical errors outside our reasonable control.

5.3 Pricing and Odds Errors

In the event of an obvious error in published odds, prices or terms, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. What constitutes an obvious error is determined at our reasonable discretion.

5.4 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, provided we act reasonably to restore services.

6.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits may be made via the payment methods available in the cashier section at the time of your deposit. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice and depend on the operator's current arrangements with payment service providers. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT — are provided as context only. Their appearance on this Platform does not constitute a guarantee of availability, endorsement of gambling by those providers, or affirmation that those providers permit gambling transactions.

6.2 Currency

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the Platform designates for your account. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

All of the following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Full KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• The name on your payment account must exactly match the name on your 666ed account.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active fraud or AML investigations.
• The withdrawal amount must meet any applicable minimum threshold specified in the cashier.

6.4 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are determined by the operator and relevant payment service providers at the time of your request. 666ed does not guarantee specific processing windows. Delays may occur where additional verification is required.

6.5 Withdrawal to Original Deposit Method

We reserve the right to require that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. This requirement is applied at our discretion and in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and game contribution percentages are stated on the individual promotion page. As a general illustrative reference: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets must be placed. These are illustrative figures only — actual requirements are stated per promotion.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While any bonus is active and the wagering requirement remains unfulfilled, you may not place a single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified for that promotion. Placing bets above the permitted maximum during bonus play is a prohibited conduct and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period after which the bonus balance, and any winnings generated from it, will be removed from your account. The expiry period is stated on each individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse, void, withdraw or claw back any bonus — and to close any account — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is exploiting bonuses, engaging in arbitrage, coordinating play with other users to abuse promotional terms, or otherwise acting in bad faith in relation to any promotion.

7.6 Maximum Cash-Out on Bonuses

Some promotions carry a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from bonus play. This limit, if applicable, is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Winning amounts exceeding this cap will not be withdrawable.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or limit any bet without prior notice. Bets are not binding until confirmed by the Platform's system. A confirmation reference does not guarantee the validity of a bet where an obvious error has occurred.

8.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules for each sport — including cricket (PSL, ICC, bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports — are available in the relevant sport's rules section on the Platform. These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, abandonment procedures and any special market rules.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, table games and instant games — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the game studio. RTP and volatility information is available on the game information panel within each game. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning in a controlled studio environment.

8.4 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game outcome, you must raise the matter with our support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered. Our records of transactions and outcomes constitute the primary evidence in any dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666ed Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or glitches without immediately reporting them to support.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Engaging in bonus arbitrage — placing opposing bets across accounts to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile or tamper with any part of the Platform's technology.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits without first exhausting the Platform's dispute resolution process.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all account holders. We are entitled to request identity documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal, at any point during your use of the Platform, or where our AML controls flag a transaction for review.

10.1 Documents We May Request

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (bank account statement, screenshot of mobile wallet)
• Source of funds documentation (bank statements, payslip, tax returns)

10.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Where a User fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period, or where documents submitted do not satisfy our verification standards, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawal access, restrict gameplay or close the account. Balances held in a closed account pending KYC may be handled in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

11.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Where the closure request is related to problem gambling, we will treat it as a self-exclusion request and process it as such under our Responsible Gambling policy. Any verified real-money balance remaining at closure (subject to KYC and no outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned via the most recently used withdrawal method.

11.2 Closure by 666ed

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the User has breached this Agreement; (b) fraud, money laundering or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the User is found to be ineligible; (d) required KYC documentation is not provided; or (e) the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for breach, we reserve the right to forfeit any bonus balances, pending bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money balances may be retained pending investigation where fraud or AML concerns are raised and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable sustaining within a defined period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666ed, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Losses incurred due to service interruptions, technical errors or force majeure events.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information presented on the Platform that is subject to change.
• Any taxation, regulatory penalty or legal consequence arising from your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

All content on the 666ed Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and data compilations — is the property of 666ed or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the 666ed Platform shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator as specified in the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause is intended to or does override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

You acknowledge that the laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to your use of this Platform independently of the governing law clause above. You are responsible for complying with Pakistani law and any other laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform, sending an email to your registered address, or both.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this page.
